How does remote coaching work?
STEP ONE: REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
Do so by filling out THIS pre-online training screening questionnaire. You'll be taken to Google Forms.
This lets me know you're not a robot and that you're genuinely interested. It also gives me the information I need to set up an introduction call.
When I've received it, within 24 hours I'll send you an invitation to set up your very own Fitbot account (for free) and we'll set up the introduction call.
